Job description
1. Planning, scheduling and managing the manpower to meet the target of maximum output
2. Supervision of material and labour
3. Monitoring the product conformance with respect to products specification
4. Encourage reporting safety hazard / near misses from workmen
5. Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability
6. Preparing necessary Investigation Reports on time
Experience Requirements:
Must have work experience in Edible Oil Industry
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma
